Student Registration

To register a student in the Sodus Central School District, the Student Registration Packet must be completed and certain information must be provided.

Required Documents:

Child's Birth Certificate

Proof of Residence

Child's Immunization Record Signed by Health Care Professional

Any Legal Documentation Regarding Custody

DSS 2999 for Foster Children

IEP's / 504 Plan
